Clairo is a self-service checker that helps passengers understand whether a disrupted flight may fall within EU or UK passenger-rights rules.
What we do
We combine the route, operating airline, arrival delay, flight distance and the disruption information available to produce an indicative result. We also publish plain-language guides that help passengers ask better questions when contacting an airline.
What we do not do
Clairo is not a law firm, regulator or airline. A checker result is not legal advice or a promise that an airline, dispute-resolution body or court will accept a claim.
