This notice describes the information the current Clairo service may process. It does not promise practices beyond the features available on the site.
Information you provide
Flight checks may use itinerary, airline, flight number, travel date and delay information. Where a feature asks for an email address, it is used for that stated request, such as a waitlist, contact request or delivering information connected with the service. Contact-form submissions include the name, email address and message you provide.
Service providers
Clairo may send necessary data to providers that support flight lookup, hosting, analytics, email delivery or payment processing. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into Clairo's own forms.
Choices and retention
Only submit information needed for the feature you are using. Avoid entering passport, identity-document or bank information into free-text fields. Retention depends on the request and operational or legal needs; this notice does not set a fixed period that the service does not currently guarantee.
